::This was my very first visit… I was a little nervous before going in due to last experience but I must say Kelvin did an amazing job with showing me how to correct my beautiful smile while maintaining my oral health. I would definitely recommend this team to anyone look for a professional yet very very clean environment. The front desk was also amazing. If your look for a dental family… I say give Smiley a try…

::Yesterday I went in for my appointment, they ask to be there 30 minutes early which the place wasn’t open yet and had to sit in the car until it opened. I’m patient and okay with that. I know these things take time anyways. I go back and the team was super fast when I did get back there, it’s like they have turbo built feet!! Everyone I saw was absolutely so kind, caring and even had a sense of humor to lighten the mood, made me feel super comfortable. Then Dr.Shin came in to talk to me and asked if I wanted to get a tooth extraction that day! I was not expecting that and was so ready!! He was very calming and made me feel comfortable as well, needless to say this bothersome tooth is out and healing very well. Later that day I even got a follow up text from him just to make sure everything was going smoothly and if I had any questions or concerns to let him know. I will continue to do business with them as they are very awesome!! Thank you for everything as I feel so much better. ❤️

::Came here with my elderly mother needing a dental treatment and some things I noticed the most was how nice and helpful the girls in the front desk were! They gladly helped me and my mother with everything. The doctor and assistants were really good as well. I loved my experience here and I will be back!

::Based on my experience coming to this location I can confirm that they need a lot of room for improvement. When I started my braces treatment 3 years ago I was excited about the end result of my treatment. The orthodontist finally chose to take my braces off and I had trusted that it was the appropriate time to get them removed. However, a little after I started noticing aspects of my smile that made me realize I wasn’t satisfied with my results. I asked them if I needed any check-up appointment after and they said I didn’t. I also asked if they were going to show me the before and after pictures and they said no. Besides, my first set of retainers was not made properly and it caused my teeth to shift slightly. I communicated this problem with smiley and bought a second set of retainers. When I went back to get my second set of retainers they had trouble making them. More than two people attempted but failed. I finally got my second set of retainers, but they still could have been made better. In order to receive the first set of retainers you have to sign a fee indicating you will pay the said price for a replacement, but they never included that you’d have to pay a different price if it changed resulting in me having to give them more money. Also having to go somewhere else to get my teeth fixed. That wasn’t the only issue I have with Smiley either, throughout the time of my two-year treatment I was asked to arrive 30 minutes early or on time for my appointment, but I always got attended to over an hour or more after my appointment time and still had to wait more time after they seated me. I even had incidents where my appointment was not booked at the proper time or booked at all. I spent a lot of money and time for these issues to not be addressed. I took it upon myself to contact this Smiley location and their corporate office regarding their services yet I was neglected not receiving any form of communication from them after attempting for over six months. It truly comes to show that they do not care about their customers. Don't waste your time coming here.

::Our experience was great. We had the pleasure of getting Elisa today to help do cleaning and walking us through all the steps and X-ray scans which was wonderful, she’s so gentle and friendly with such a bubbly personality! My daughter was so comfortable with her we hope to get her again next visit in 6 months.
