  This place is so awesome! Environment was really modern and comfortable. Kelly was so great. She helped my sister-in-law and I made sure all of our questions were answered. Super excited for our new smiles!

  Kelly was my agent today and she was awesome! She answered every question I had when I came in...and then some! Such great customer service. She even let me watch the screen as she did my scan which was pretty cool. I wish there was a reason I had to go back to that office, because I would surely make sure Kelly is who assists me.

  Bianca was the employee taking pictures and explaining to me the process. She was very professional and helpful. Sadly, my dental insurance provider delta does not cover them they said they need a registered orthodontist in order for insurance payment. I made the assumption my dental insurance covers them since this place seems very legit. Check your dental insurance first before coming to your appointment. I would have gotten services from them had my insurance covered it because price is competitive.

  The whole experience from beginning to end was informative. The young lady named Kim had a bubbly personality and she answered all my questions thoroughly which made me very comfortable with continuing the process. I was referred by a friend and this has been long overdue for me and I’m looking forward to the journey;by the way the whole process was about 30 minutes long. I was still able to have lunch and head back to work. Thanks again guys.

  It was a little hard finding the place but when I did, wow! The place was nothing like I anticipated. It was very modern and laid back and it looked like a cafe spot almost! I barely waited to see the person that would be helping me and checking in was a breeze. Wladimir was the person that helped me and he was great. He made me feel at ease about the process and what the next steps would look like. I had initially started the process at home with the impressions kit but it wasn't working out for me so I made an appointment. They had all my notes on file already, he made sure I understood everything from beginning to end and I also met Sunday who was very helpful as well. Overall the process was very smooth, I was out in 30 minutes and the experience was great. I recommend it for anyone having a hard time with the kit or just wanting that face to face interaction. The technology was top notch and I even got some goodies in a bag. Can't wait to get my treatment plan and finally my aligners!! Very excited customer.
