  I started my treatment with smile direct club back in 2020 and did not get my desired smile so I went back for a touch up. After the second set of aligners my smile was still not right ( no big deal) they gave me a third one. I was sick for a good while to the point that I could not wear my aligners ( not their fault) so I lost my progress. Went I got better I contacted smile direct and explain everything they seem understanding and sent me for an impression on march 07 2023. After that I never heard from them. No email text or call. I called them and they said my touch up was approved and they were working on my aligners. I waited one week and called again the representative told me my touch up was denied and he didn’t know why. I called SmileDirectClub third time then they told me it was approved but I had to pay a third time then they told me it was approved but I had to pay a $250 fee for my aligners to be sent ( we are already march 28, 20 days after my impression) this is totally unacceptable one of them actually wanted to argue with saying that I got an email when I did not. All this time I could have just went to another company and start over. I called a fourth time I was transferred to a dentist to whom I said I still have aligners from my previous treatment and he said he would resubmit my case but I haven’t heard from them till today. So I called a total of four times and got four different answers. What a waste of my time I really didn’t mind paying the $250 but now I don’t think I want to because their stories don’t match

  I immediately was greeted by Jose and was informed I’d be helped shortly, which it didn’t take long before I was helped. I arrived 30 minutes early too so I was in no rush but they took care of me. I did not catch the lady’s name that helped me but she was super sweet, informative, and quite funny. I felt very comfortable and welcomed in at the Dallas location today. Thank y’all so much.

  I want to thank ELSA for the treatment received, I had many questions about my treatment and she took the time to explain the whole process to me, it took more than usual time that she even stayed with me 1 h after closing!!! I had many questions and the best thing is that I felt very comfortable since she speaks in Spanish!! thanks to her now I feel more confident in the company and in the procedure... recommended 1000% to my whole family

  Maurizio was an excellent smile technician who wrapped my rescan in under 5 minutes. This smile shop is extremely professional and good at what they do. It is difficult to have idle conversation during a scan but this location is able to juggle! Very thankful for them accommodating me on such short notice!
