  I am writing this review on behalf of my mom ( a senior citizen), who is new to Delta Dental and new to this office. Mom has ALWAYS been very diligent when it comes to her dental care, under the care of her previous provider (who was excellent BTW). As a new patient at this office, she advised them that she recently had 2 surgeries and also that she also had a bad reaction to Epinephrine and is not to be given that at any time during treatment. Immediately, the Dentist begins to push my mom to have a deep cleaning even though she does not need one. She expressed that she rather hold off on that procedure because the risk of infection can cause complications with another medical issue she had. She told the Dentist and office staff repeatedly and no one would listen. My mom left the office, with an appt for the procedure she did not want and told me about the situation. I told her as the patient, you have the right to be heard and your concerns are valid. I advised her to call them and be firm and let them know she WILL NOT be pressured into having a procedure that is not necessary at this point or that could possibly trigger other problems. She called and told them she will have a regular cleaning and address the small cavity she had. Again, they continued to be very dismissive of moms concerns but eventually made note to change what the appt was for. Her appt was today at 9am. She checks in and is told her appt is at 9:30am. Someone who is not even a Dental Hygienist (she told mom she wasn't) worked on mom and had water splashing and dripping down her neck! The Dentist did his part and was extremely aggressive and my mother left the office in pain. This is by far the worse experience mom has ever had and she will be changing providers ASAP!! I have been in Healthcare for many years and I know about patients right and concerns. The way my mom was treated is unacceptable and I only wish I could have accompanied her to advocate for her. Her insurance will be contacted and I hope no ones family has to experience the lack of understanding, empathy and professionalism this office displayed.

  So, I been coming here for almost a decade and everyone is really nice and do a really good job and they try to help u to make things affordable ! I recommend this dentist, or at least try them out and see for your self... And he's good with teens n kids ! Try to make every one feel comfortable ! ♥

  Dr. Hakimi is wonderful; when he injects, you can't even feel the needle which hasn't happened to me before. The staff has great customer service, I recommend highly!!

  I had x-rays and a teeth cleaning yesterday at Dr Hakimi's. I have been his patient for over four years. I will never go to another dentist. He is excellent. My only regret is that I did not start going to him sooner. He has taught me how to take good care of my teeth and I am very grateful. He is gentle, kind, thorough and professional. His staff is friendly and efficient. It was a wonderful experience. Beth Byrne

  Dr. Hakimi is truly a wonderful dentist. The visits are always pleasant and painless. He is professional and considerate. He always tries to accommodate my schedule and best of all, he takes pride in giving all his patients a celebrity smile! Couldn't ask for a better dentist! Highly, highly recommend!
