  Place is going downhill. They have a help wanted sign out and the cashier finished a personal call at a table before taking my order. I ordered the "Pub" triple double, she repeated it back triple double and I thought order was right. Got the wrong burger was a little disappointed. This location is one of the worse Smashburgers around town

  Slow as hell, don't come here if you're in a hurry. The manager or owner who ever she is looked like she just crawled out of bed and came to work. Pretty unprofessional to show up to work like that. Will not be going back.

  Terrible service and food quality. Smears the good name of Smash Burger. Went in and was the only person in line to order. Though I was the only person in line we still waited 20 mins for food. One of the burgers was raw. When I took it back, it took another 15 mins for a new burger. The one that came back was my original burger with a bite mark still in the bun. It looks like they only swapped the patty, disregarding that everything would have been contaminated by the first one that was raw. Didn't even seem phased when we told them again on our way out the door.

  The food has been fine, but the place smells HORRIBLE. It’s like they are killing the cow, gutting it and letting it just sit in the kitchen For weeks. I have never been in a food joint that smells so disgusting, not sure they would pass a food inspection.

  Terrible service, especially from that girl named Wendy at the front desk. We were placing an order and we forgot to mention we wanted to add another topping on the burger and she said she couldn’t add it because they were already making the burger (which doesn’t make sense because even if they were already making it they can add the topping on top) and got really annoyed. She hadn't even charged me yet and the people in the back were messing around not starting on anything so she was just being lazy and didn’t want to edit the order. Not a way to run a business, if I was the owner at that store she would’ve been fired with her poor attitude. She seemed super bothered whenever people would walk in the door and would drop her mop on the floor super annoyed to help out customers. If you don’t want to work then quit and go home, you’re getting paid to help customers out. To top it all off they ruined our order and added toppings we specifically asked to not be included.
