  After seeing an advert on tv I insisted on checking out Smashburger when next visiting Phoenix. I missed the lunch rush, which was a plus, and got the order taken quite quickly...but then the wait was considerably longer than expected. Still, what arrived was quite fresh and delicious: the limited-time offering Pub Triple Double Burger and a side of fried brussel sprouts. The burger was cooked well and perfectly seasoned, with minimal condiments on it (mustard, onions, and cheese) which helped keep the entire sandwich from sliding apart when bit into. The fried brussel sprouts were a welcomed change to the standard side-o-fries. A little greasy but that was to be expected. Overall, a good experience. I'll definitely give it another go next time I'm in Phoenix.

  Every time I come here its always amazing between the service and the food. Today Malik did an amazing job assisting us with order. The burgers are amazing and its always every clean. Great after a day of shopping.

  I went at lunchtime and there was the typical line. All started well a the cashier was friendly and was taking orders efficiently. It however went downhill from there. After waiting about 5-10 min. for my food I was told that the chicken was frozen (so much for fresh) and would I mind waiting. That was not an option considering I had already waited and had to be at a meeting right after lunch. I was given a burger instead (with no credit for the difference in price) or other accommodation. I did get an apology but that was about it. The floor was sticky around the soda machine, and the overall feel was a bit greasy. The burger appeared to have been "smashed together" and not in a good way (think McDonalds). Overall I was not impressed and will not return to this location.

  The best burger shop in Az, hands down. Great original food, amazing fries selection. Superb customer service. Great shakes, free food on your birthday. I could eat this all day. Wholesome food. Quality on Quality. Would definitely recommend.
