  Was told I did not need an appointment and when I showed up I had to wait 50 min,and then had my hair cut screwed up

  The store (and stylists) is very welcoming. I was greeted with a cheery 'Hello' and was seated quickly. The stylist I had was very attentive and met every need I had.

  Asked for a caramel brown and I walked out a hot mess damaged burnt 50 shades of blonde,green, yellow. And I still had to pay. I posted what I asked for vs what I got, I am also told in have to pay additional to have it corrected 😑

  I almost cried for the outcome of my hair. I came here to straighten my not to curly hair but after it was air dry my hair was like brittle and so hard to brush. And its not even fully straight it was like 20% straight. I spent money for aweful result.

  I brought in a picture of the style I wanted, which was EXACTLY the style I had, it was just grown out from the first cut. The picture was given a cursory glance and my hair was butchered. It is uneven, not a single consideration was given to the direction that my hair grows, the length of my hair is all but gone. I also got my eyebrows waxed and they weren't even finished. I have no idea how to make this travesty that she gave me look even close to acceptable. I know, reading this, you are probably thinking that I am overreacting, but having a personality disorder (like I do), I already have serious self-image issues. Even a normal person who receives a bad haircut is upset when it happens. With a person like me, who already dislikes her appearance, it is 1000 times worse. Where before when I just felt awkward in public, I now am trying to figure out how in the hell I am going to be seen at work tomorrow. For all the mental agony this company has caused me, there should be some sort of restitution or something. In addition to all $30 that I just paid this company for "services" rendered.
