  I had a critical job that required a simple answer and a product that I found out later that they actually had, The person who picked up the phone, besides being un-knowledgeable was downright nasty with her attitude. Informing me that she was too busy and to call later, TWICE. I told her that that was not the way to run a business to which she mockingly replied "Oooh well!" As far as I am concerned this person should not even be answering the phones or running a store. I would have gladly added them to my list of vendors, but that will not happen because first impressions are important and they failed. We will be taking our business elsewhere. John C.
