::The service was exceptionally slow. The food was ok but my fries were cold ugh and my sandwich I ordered brisket sandwich and the meat was cold as well. I gave 3 stars because after i got home and warmed up the meat....it was actually good. I like my food served to me hot.

::Great food but the service here has let me down multiple times. I place my order online and with that you are given a pick-up time. On several occasions I have shown up right at the given time only to have to wait a significant amount of time, (worst was over 35 minutes). This happened enough times that I no longer eat here which is unfortunate because the food is very good.

::I am livid! I've been wanting some carrot cake. I saw the carrot cake on their menu, which stated it comes topped with shredded carrots, pecans and pineapples. I also saw all the rave reviews about their famous carrot cake. I ordered two slices on delivery. Aside from the frosting, there were absolutely NO toppings! One slice was $5! Never again!

::Well it is a shame there is only one vegan option, it is absolutely fantastic! The Genius is a great TVP based vegan sandwich. The sauce is wonderful along with the toppings. The service is always friendly and the order ready in a timely fashion. While the name is Slow's to Go, they do have a nice amount of basic seating to enjoy your food. When I'm in the mood for vegan BBQ this is the place to go and I'm always glad to go back.

::Eat here once a week for the past year. Prices have gone up a little but I've never had a bad experience. Literally tried everything on the menu and you can't go wrong with any selection. Mac-n-cheese side is great. Parking is limited and the bathroom is a little sketchy- but it's obviously "designed as a carryout place hence the "to-go". Still has some available inside dinning and self-serve pop machine is a plus.
