  Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I went in there to send off a package via their ups. They charged me $1 for one piece of tape for the box. They had the balls to suggest that I buy a role of tape from their store. Additionally I only had a card and then went on to say there was a $5 minimum. They were VERY rude. Never going back there

  1 star because I can't do 0 stars. I called in and spoke with a pharmacist name DEAN. He was very unprofessional and not helpful at all. He claimed I needed to call the next day and speak with "whoever is on duty tomorrow". Feeling very upset with the horrible attitude and service, being in healthcare myself, I called back to speak with the business owner. Dean picked up saying "I already spoke to you, the owner TRUMP is the president." He then hung up on me. If this is the PHARMACIST who acts this unprofessionally, I don't want to imagine how they handle drugs. Good luck downward Slope pharmacy.

  Mixed experiences. Prescription refills are generally quick but quality of advice is highly dependent on who is serving at the counter. First time I've ever received a blank stare when I asked for 'something for a sore throat'
