::That guy with the glasses in the front ..So rude I literally went in there to check out how the remote worked the bed. Not even me being in there for 1 minute was like "please don't play with those " as if I'm a child. I just got up and left, and the sad part was that i was seriously seeking a new mattress. I have no problem taking my business elsewhere! Turned off!

::Awful... You might as well flush a stack of Hundred down the toilet. I bought one and it is a hunk of memory foam dog scrap. I loathe this company and all it stands for! I am an enemy to sleep number and want my money back.. Hell I would even just settle the whole dispute if the can make the $3,000 dollars I still owe them disappear.. Never mind that I have already spent a couple of grand in payments.. oh and they Synchrony bank they use? Those fellas are bound to be under investigation soon for the predatory lending scheme they got going on..
