  We loved our experience at Sleep Number in Lexington! Heather, our Sales Associate was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us make our choice in beds. We have been contemplating purchasing a Sleep Number bed for a few years. She helped us realize that now was the time! Great customer service!

  Do not purchase any products from this company! They do not stand behind their representatives. My husband and I purchased a sleep number bed and base at the beginning of the month. We have not been satisfied with the bed or the capabilities that we were told about. The bed will often record me sleeping when I am not even in the bed, when I try to set my sleep number from my phone, it tells me that the bed isn't responding and it is having technical difficulties. I spoke to three different people today about returning the bed and the base. Each time I was told no problem. It wasn't until I asked for the agreement to written in the computer that I was told no, we could not return the base. This is not good customer service.

  First the mattresses did not fit into my cherry bed frame- the sides had to be shaved down and refinished to allow the bed to sit in it. Sales people do not know what are the dimensions so BEWARE! Secondly, the delivery person was super sketchy and said he did not have enough room on his truck to fit my old queen mattresses! He and the store said he will be back later to pick it up, after he delivered a few mattresses. I waited until 11 pm , and no call, or no show either. Thirdly, I called to have it returned from all this mess and waited on phone for over an hour and then they want to charge you for restocking??? ( buyers Remorse) Which sales person Michael said will never happen. This company is a joke. STAY AWAY! Not sure about the product yet but if it's like the process it stinks!!!😤

  This place has outdone themselves each time I arrive! I can't pick my favorite employee because I've met 3, and they all are incredible. The bed is amazing. The bed will change you. But the service is pure kindness. They want and love to give.
