Our room was pretty rough. We did park and fly. They got us there great, but when we got home, we waited for 20 mins and then had to call an Uber. Wouldn't stay again

This hotel is in need of remodeling. We rented a suite online next to the airport for easy transportation. Our first visit to this state. The drawer was missing from the cabinet, light bulbs missing from fixtures, shower door didn't close leaving water on the floor. Police was called in the middle of the night due to 3 men fighting in the hallway and thumping against the walls. The front desk guy was also the person who made the super frozen breakfast in the morning. A dirty mop bucket was sitting in front of front desk when we arrived, it was still sitting there when we left! The grounds outside had a garbage can next to front door that was meta left open and no bag in it. The trash was all over the ground including ketchup packets and fast food wrappers. We paid 200 that one night due to it being mothers day weekend. The 2 nice hotels across the street were the same price but Google stated this one was closest to the airport. Our suite was upstairs but there was no elevator. Also the jacuzzi hot tub in our room was missing knobs and malfunctioned. Worst hotel EVER.

The room-keeping service and kitchen staff had more hospitality than the front desk. They came across as bothered, bitter, and a tad contemptuous the majority of my stay there (most mundane interactions). I’m not surprised at all that they wouldn’t accommodate the young lady featured in that viral video. Perhaps, that’s how they go about running their operations in general. It was quite the contrast from the next place I stayed at. The rooms, however, were perfect. I did not have any of the issues read about in the other reviews. They were both clean and elegant. Finally, they make a great breakfast. ; )

Stayed here for an overnight visit for the Iowa Beer and Wine Passports. Clean, newer hotel with well-appointed rooms. That continental breakfast and heated pool were a great way to cure a mild hangover!

If you are looking at this hotel— STOP NOW! We arrived ahead of the rest of our group. We are the lucky ones with the little kids that had been stuck in the car and wanting to pee. The help at the desk told us we could not get in our room till my dad who booked it signed even though it was paid for with points. We asked to use lobby bathroom as the 4 year old needed to pee. He proceeds to tell us that it’s broke and he has no bathroom for us to use and go across the street. He still wouldn’t let us in a room. My little boys opted to pee in the snow because they couldn’t hold it. He told us we had to wait in the lobby but could not make any noise. No one was present. The parking lot was basically empty. Then the shuttle service is a joke. They only take 5 at a time. DO NOT book this for the shuttle service and parking. We are now doing the long term parking lot since he said it would take 3 shuttles and 1.5 hours to get our party of 9 to the airport. Also no elevator so plan on lugging your suitcases and strollers etc. Did I mention there is a huge hole in the shower around the shower head? Let’s hope the rest of our vacation is smooth sailing. PS I have never written a poor review in my life but felt all moms with littles need to avoid this place.
