  Very good experience. Staff was very good and helping. My request was taken care of very well. Rooms are quite good and clean upto the standards required. The view was also very good from my room. Very close to manhattan. I would recommend staying here if anyone went to have a average price hotel and efficient stay.

  Read Sincere Briggs post. His review is spot on. This hotel houses homeless families. I feel that I should of been informed of this prior to check in. No way would I stay here again. Neighborhood is pretty scary.....about as much as it going to sleep every night with some of the homeless people the occupy some of the rooms here. Stay somewhere else!

  Great staff, alright rooms (not dirty, but our door jams easily and there are a few stains on the wall), clean bathrooms, and prompt service. We got our room an hour before check-in which was a nice surprise. Breakfast at this establishment is definitely nothing to write home about. You would be better off going to the coffee shop around the corner or eating downtown. Other than that, our stay was excellent and we will definitely be back for another visit next time we're in the city.

  Second time here in 2 years. Clean, staff is friendly. First time we came with a friend who works as an exterminator for a living. Came in and did an inspection, like he does with every room he's ever stayed in. Was impressed with the cleanliness. Area around hotel looks sketchy, but we've had no issues and people around the neighborhood have been friendly. Quick one block walk to the F and R trains.
