  I have already placed 2 other reviews of this hotel or should I say warning, I checked in late last night around 9, the check in was smooth and I was tired so I pulled the sheets back only to find a cockroach already sleeping in the bed I wanted to sleep in!! I called the desk and the Katy came and picked it up and said " that's NOT a roach "" well I wasn't interested in what kind of bug it was really the point is there was a bug in my bed!! She gave us another room but offered No apologies or a room discount, nothing. It was to Kate to go anywhere else so I stayed but it has been my experience where there is 1 Roach there are Many others sleeping close by!! Don't stay here

  I am a group leader for a senior citizen center . We stayed there 4/5/18-4/6/18 and it was robbed also infected with bedbugs. We had to cut our vacation short so we could get Home to treat. Dirty and disgusting. Stinks like urine. No housekeeping staff in the evening. Only one night clerk working the night shift. Illegal Aliens that do not speak English are housekeeping staff. A law suit will be filed.

  Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar was pretty standard fare. Check-in clerk was nice but there was some creep literally hanging around the front desk trying to chat her up both times I spoke with her. From things she said to him, I gathered he was part of a work crew staying there. I was very uncomfortable having that guy draped on the reception desk while I was trying to check in. His appearance was so disreputable I wouldn't have been surprised if something had happened to the desk clerk. Luckily, nothing did.

  The hotel staff was wonderful. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was hot. The area was safe. The ONLY complaint was that it is located next to a bar, and where our room was, we could hear the loud music and people until around midnight. Made it hard to sleep before then. Other than that, it was perfect.

  What a great place to stay in Nashville. The staff here are very helpful and friendly. Also big shout out to William, awesome front counter clerk fantastic customer service!!! The rooms were very clean and spacious. Close to downtown Nashville. This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in.
