  Room was recently refurbished, but still had a few loose ends. We found the bed moderately uncomfortable. The room was clean. A decent experience, but neither lavish nor luxurious.

  Good place to stay as long as you know what you're getting. Clean room, clean shower, not much else. Bed is decent. Fridge was buzzing all of the 1st night, had to be unplugged. But that could have just been the model in our room. Friendly and helpful staff. Paper thin walls & doors though. Pack ear plugs.

  Upon arriving, there was an essentially full hotel as Keeneland is having their fall meet. We we're still checked in promptly and courteously. The location is great, right in Hamburg next to everything...tons of restaurants and shopping. The rooms are a little small, but the beds are really comfy. A note is that our room had a shower only, no bath. We all take showers so it wasn't an issue. We extended our stay for a night, and while we had an initial issue the front desk was able to help us. The food is good for breakfast, and they have really great coffee. Only thing that would be nice is to have more than one high chair. The breakfast attendant is always super nice despite the mess our babies make.
