::I really pride myself about doing my homework when contemplating a major purchase. When looking at these types of mattresses, I layed out a matrix of Latex Mattress characteristics and sellers and prices and reviews. I came to the conclusion that the Talalay Blend would be the best and after speaking with a few different stores, I settled on the Sleep EZ Corp. to purchase from. I bought it 5 years ago and am deeply disappointed. It has not held up at all and I would certainly not recommend it to anyone else. It's been sagging for a year or more and just gets worst. It's a California King, I'm 6'-2", 210 lbs. and my wife is 5'-6" and 135 lbs. I don't know what's gone wrong; the information I found was that this material should last 10 maybe more years! For the $2000.00 spent, I will go back to a normal manufactured mattress name brand like everyone else. I guess the idea that relatively few buy these products relative to the whole market; tells me something.

::We've had our SleepEZ mattress for almost 3 months now... I did a tremendous amount of research through mattressunderground.com and other similar sites. I went so far as to have a spreadsheet laying out all of our potential mattress supplier options. Out of all of them, Sleep EZ had the longest track record, and excellent warranty, no negative feedback that I could find and a well laid out and easy to understand website. When I interacted with their reps via chat or phone, there was no sales pressure, courteous and they addressed all of my questions and concerns. I dealt primarily with Sterling and Jeremy who have been exception in handling out mattress buying and owning experience. The post sales support has been fantastic. All in all, Sleep EZ was a pleasure to deal with and we're very happy and mostly importantly, comfortable in our new bed.
