  I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your mattress needs. After less than 3 years, our Beautyrest began sagging significantly. We returned to the store to discuss, and were promptly pointed to the on-line warranty desk. After we took the 3+ hours to gather all of the photos and documentation that was required and then upload to their website, our claim was instantly rejected within 24 hours. We were told 'inadequate foundation' even thought they delivered and installed. In any case, there are certainly others that will put more focus into after sale support than Sleep Experts!

  It was time. My wife and I decided to finally break down and replace our 10 year old bed. Their match system recommend a few beds and after trying them all, we finally decided on the bed for us. Kevin made the process easy and he is extremely knowledgeable about the products he sells. I would highly recommend Sleep Experts and Kevin for your bed needs.

  The "Love your mattress guarantee" is only good for one exchange, but I only found this out after I made a purchase. We exchanged because we weren't happy with the initial purchase, but we are still not happy with the new mattress and are stuck with it. My husband and I still experience pressure point pain and it is a high end mattress set! The cost was somewhere around $4500. Nowhere on their website or in the store was it stated that exchanges are limited. Only after we wanted to exchange again, was it brought up. If I had known this in advance, I wouldn't have dealt with them. Good mattress sets are expensive and we wanted to make sure we would walk away in the end with something we liked, and their so called "guarantee" is why we went with them in the first place. I feel very cheated!
