  This place is small and has very old machines which are usually broken or out of order. They have free soap for customers which is watered down so you have to use more than usual. If you want to get your laundry done you have to be there very early and hope that the owners have not used up all of the washers and dryers by the time you get there. I think it is very unfair that the owners have a separate nook of washers and dryers to use for people who drop off their laundry but end up using all of the dryers and washers for customers who are actually there at the time and so we are left with 1 or 2 washer/dryers to fight over. I believe its also rude that they speak and argue in their language, sometimes after you have asked them a question or for help which makes you wonder what they are saying about you. Not very professional.
