  Way too expensive and they did a terrible job, totally missed the front of my Escape and when I pointed it out to them they blamed it on the pusher and said there was nothing they could do. Will not go there ever again.

  请不要去这个地方洗车，我的车被刮花了但店主矢口否认，我可能要花好几百块钱把这些划痕修好，不要去冒这个风险为了省几块钱。Please do not go to this place for a car wash even though it seems cheaper that other ones in the area. I went for a car wash over the weekend and only left my car with noticeable scratches all over the places: bigger ones on the hood (which clearly shows signes of wipes) and many other small ones on the side and back. I went back to talk to the owner. She took a look and then immediately denied everything, saying they are not resulted from the wash, citing their facility is very new（probably that is exactly the reason why it causes scratches on my car as the brush may not be soft enough. Or their crew experience is not sufficient so they messed up with some cleaning materials or procedures). I usually took a look at my car after my wash carefully and I remember each noticeable scratches on my car. My car was only several years old. Usually after a decent car wash, it looked like new and shining. After this wash, I saw my car getting several years older. I regretted going there a lot: just for saving a few bucks, I ended up with potential spending hundred of dollars to restore my car to the condition before this wash. This is worst experience I ever had with a car wash, quality wise and attitude/service wise. Do not put your car in potential risk of getting scratched in this wash facility.

  has been going there for many years, and went there 7 times after the new owner took over. in compare with previous korean owner, the prices are higher now, and less works are done for car. Such as no more interior shine (I really like the last owner for including this on 12 dollars car wash service) . No more one dollar off coupon for evey exterior wash visit. However the new female owner is very nice person, hope the service can be better in the future
