  Great place to live with awesome amenities in the middle of downtown. If you are looking for a simple lifestyle where everything can be delivered or taken care of for you, this is the best place to live!

  Such a great place to live! Perfect downtown location within walking distance of everything. Lots of natural light with the huge floor to ceiling windows. Great amenities, friendly staff, what's not to love?

  staff is amazing, cameron, daniel, aubrey, robert and all others are first class professionals. amenities are top rate. appliances are high quality - could barely hear the dishwasher, as opposed to 401 oberlin where it was noisy and had to be cleaned multiple times when i was there. washer and dryer in unit were the large front loading type. rooftop was awesome, views of the city outstanding. only downside was the city noise and lights. i was on the 6th floor, on the south side, so i did experience the city energy, but that's to be expected. no longer live there as i moved out of state, but entire experience was superior.

  Best place to live downtown period. Factoring in the price with the amenity's that are provided I was unable to find anywhere else that I was interested in. Great for younger adults, plenty of friendly people around here to meet. Noise really isn't too much of a problem coming from surrounding rooms. I live on the 2nd floor so I do get a bit off the street but it is easily suppressed by a white noise generate. If you have your eye on this place go ahead and make the jump.

  The views are great, without a doubt. Concierge and the staff, in general, have been very friendly and helpful for the most part, including the maintenance staff. There are occassional problems with noise pollution. Part of this is just natural to living in Downtown Raleigh and being almost literally next-door to an outdoor concert stage and everything else, but I have also had my share of rude neighbors who regularly *slam* their doors and stomp with lead feet. Management has done an exceptional job in dealing with these issues recently though, so this has become less and less of an issue over recent months. The portal software which is used to send rent payments and submit maintenance requests is buggy. Corporate refuses to address problems this has caused legitimate tenants in regards to being unable to send payments properly on time due to payment portal issues. My rent has also increased significantly since I first moved in. The first time it increased, I was offered the same free months rent incentive if I signed a lease for another year, or a 6-month lease with no increase in rent. This year, I was told I would not be given the same offer, and on top of that, if I was to opt for a 6-month lease this year my rent would be increased $100/month. Corporate has claimed they would reach out to me to help address the issues I've had with the payment portal and so on, but after scheduling a call twice and taking time out of my workday multiple times, I have ended up just getting an e-mail later saying they were unable to make the call that day and now have heard literally nothing from corporate since my last e-mail asking if there would be a further follow up. So the management here is great. Extremely friendly and helpful without a doubt. Corporate seems to be causing the majority of issues at the moment. Hopefully, they will eventually reach out to me and help address some of the few lingering issues I've had over the next month or two.
