::We had a decent experience here but there was an incident with another guest just outside the entrance and they would not let us back in. We had to call back to one of friends downstairs to grab our belongings as they would not let us back in. Unprofessional staff. Also the quality of the karaoke machines in these rooms are garbage. The machines were unintuitive and slow.

::This was a super fun place that would be great for office parties or girls night out. I had a Groupon and it was going to expire soon so my BF and I went. It was intended for a big group of friends but plans got derailed. We got there at our reservation time and the guy who checked us in was super nice. He got us settled and explained how everything worked and off we were. Now, my BF has only done karaoke once and was not too keen on doing it with me, but it was super fun and he got really into it. Everyone gets a private room so there's no embarrasment of singing to a room full of strangers. You choose all the songs you want and if you don't like it you just stop the song and go to the next one. Easy peasy. We ordered tater tots and onion rings and they were plentiful. A very generous portion of each that we didn't come close to finishing. I would highly recommend coming here.
