  Old guy with the beard in the repairs department was very passive aggressive and could not answer my questions. Instead he proceeded to interrupt me multiple times and I gave up on trying to describe my issue. I am an avid skier, never been to a ski shop this unhelpful. Other staff seemed nice and it looked like they had a great selection of clothing. +1 star. If you need repairs done, do it yourself or go somewhere else.

  Been in store many times. Guys in rental shop are exceptional. But, took old skis in for waxing and they refused to wax them cause bindings are too old. But agreed to wax them if I removed bindings. Quite possibly one of silliest things I've ever heard. Took skis to Action Ride Shop in Gilbert and they waxed my skiis for free after I explained my experience to them. I won't be back to ski pro

  Super nice staff. Will(iam) redid the bindings that I bought at the other location and made sure everything fit my boots. This store has amazing stuff too... Totally worth going.

  We came here for rentals, and boy do I recommend going through SkiPro rather than Sunrise for ski equipment. They have brand new gear and extremely comfortable boots, and the rental prices aren't bad at all. This location however (store layout), I have a huge problem with. Imagine if you will, a store that sells almost exclusively things you carry in and out of it with two arms. Further imagine that the heaviest of these things and most often sought after are the rental equipment. Now imagine they put the rental equipment in the back of their cramped store so that you have to dodge people on your way out as to not concuss anyone. Now make sure you only have one entrance/exit and they are manual doors, because you, with your arms completely full of boots and 6 foot skis, now have to rely on the graciousness of other customers to get you out those doors (employees are too busy chatting behind the counter). Your imagination is going to tell you what to expect here.

  Just got some new boots from here and the customer service was great. My mom talked to Karl a couple days ago and she said he was great. Blake helped me today and he was real chill. Talked for a bit and helped me find a good size and answered all my questions. Thank you!
