  The staff is very nice and helpful. There is an amazing selection of shoes. I found sandals that I love. The only complaint is the extreme heat in the building. I was sweating when I left the building.

  There’s an old lady there who assisted me with an exchange, she wasn’t so eager to assist she had an attitude of -I just work here- I asked 2 other associates younger ones for some info on shoes and they both were very friendly and very eager to assist. I finally made up my mind on the shoes and proceeded to check out and there was a young lady there who completed the process in a very friendly way. Kuddos to them! I initially called to ask about my exchange and was assisted via phone in a courteous and positive way 👍 They got very big selection in shoes, not a big fan of the brand but was surprised atvtheir selection.

  I bought a pair of work shoes on October 27, 2017. They were so comfortable I went back and bought another pair the following week. The shoes are top quality, the best work shoes I ever bought. The gentleman working the cash register was very helpful. Good customer service.
