  Service was quick and efficient; we shared a medium roast beef three-way sandwich, a drink and chips. Ten bucks. My husband's favorite treat.

  Usually the super beef is very good very rare very nice. Today most likely was my 8th time visiting the place ever was dying for a roast beef sandwich and it was terrible roast beef was cooked like leather mixed in with very little rear pieces of roast beef got the end cut leftovers from the day before very dry. I will still go back see how the next trip treats me. The star rating is for today because I was very unhappy I will just give it a one. It's not something I would have served.

  Skampa is a family-run restaurant and the staff is so nice. The portions are huge and the prices are very reasonable. Mon-Wed you can buy a decent burger for less than two dollars. Their roast beef sandwich is a highlight of the menu, and they have some tasty veg-friendly wraps and salads too. Also try their gourmet pizzas, and if you don't care about your waistline get a small order of fries: hot, crispy, tasty, and in a bag as big as your head. This is the ideal neighborhood restaurant and a gem of East Cambridge. Come hungry and leave stuffed. You'll be happy.
