  As like everyone said on this comment panel, he's talented, helpful and gives you tons of new information if you don't know something. He's a step of his game. Although I would've loved to see his assitant/wife (idk) give out some suggestion or ideas too, but she was standing still, not joining the conversation at all. I know it's bad when two people are talking, but with more mouths and minds, we can bring out more wisdom. We didn't get what we want; however, it was a good customer service nonetheless.

  Rafi and his family are the best! My engagement ring and our wedding rings are from Skalet Family Jewelers and we have many friends who buy from him as well. The jewelry is extremely high quality and his continued service is outstanding. He's awesome and very talented.

  Got my ring polish and stone placement on another ring . They did an amazing job. Our family own jewelry stores in VN, and within my experience, I’d say people here are very professional and they do know what they’re doing .

  Had a wonderful experience getting our engagement ring and wedding band here. My friend had recommended Skalet after getting her grandparents' heirloom diamond placed in a ring there - which was our intention as well. Howard was immediately extremely friendly and helpful. He is a true salesman in the best sense of the word: he always knew what I meant without any need for explanation, he anticipated questions and needs, and had wonderful recommendations. I never felt pressured by him. He was inventive while troubleshooting our particular situation (diamond on the other side of the country), flexible, and courteous. Highly recommend! Will likely be coming back for my fiance's wedding band soon.

  Stopped in this jewelry store while on vacation been looking for a ring for literally years! Came in and was greeted promptly but we're not pressured to do or look at anything! Which means a lot to me. Cyndy spend a ton of time with us, and had solutions to all of my problems (I am particular). Hands-down the best experience I've had in a jewelry store very casual and down to earth! I loved it, can't wait to see what there team comes up with for me!
