Good selection of bottles here. I usually get my port here as they carry almost exclusively Kopke. There’s also a wine bar in back that has a piano player sometimes. Wines by the glass are moderately priced and good value. Small bites. Nice place for a quiet drink before dinner or a movie.

Tucked away among the high priced hustle and bustle of the Pacific Place mall is The Sixth Avenue Wine Seller. If you didnt know it was there, you could easily miss it. Being hidden away behind its unassuming storefront and in a corner all to its own. However, once you are in this quiet little oasis, the personal attention you recieve is very welcome. I enjoyed a rose sake before a movie recently and sipped while I enjoyed the view. It gave you a feeling of being right there and yet far removed. The staff are welcoming and dont go out of their way to try and force you to buy a bottle of wine, which I enjoed. If you come in for a simple spi during your night, thats just fine.

A nice selection of reasonably, as well as special occasion, priced wines. The woman who helped me was very nice and friendly. She gave me space to browse but was also tentative enough if she saw me lingering and answer any questions.

I stopped by to purchase bottle of wine and the woman working there was cold and dismissive. I asked her the price of a specific bottle of rose and she said $21.95, but she charged me $24+tax. She rang me up for "outdoor 4" (not sure what that is, but it's not the bottle obviously). The store was closing so I didn't ask her outright and I didn't take a look at the check until I left. Bottom line, check your receipts here and better yet buy your wine elsewhere because their selection is overpriced by 5/6$.
