  My wife and I used the 5th Street/Miami Beach location on 2 occasions during our stay in Miami Beach. On the first occasion, we dealt with Brennan (Brennen?). And, on the other occasion, we dealt with Anthony. Both gentlemen were fantastic. They were courteous, friendly, smiley, efficient, professional, and very helpful. They both had positive attitudes, great customer service, and solid professional delivery. They were both a pleasure to work with. we also noticed that both Brennan and Anthony exhibited the same pleasant dispositions and excellent customer service to the other customers in the location. This location is also amazing if you are staying at the Urbanica-The Meridian hotel as it is right across the street. Both Anthony and Brennan were thoroughly helpful and effective and with the right attitudes.

  I've been renting at this location for 2 years. Let me just say the customer service has dramatically improved! I'm a business owner and know the importance of having good staff, this location has definitely found some great ones. The staff is really helpful and friendly. It is a smaller location so keep in mind they don't always have every vehicle available on hand. Best tip is to reserve in advance or come in to make a reservation because the staff really goes out of their way to help accommodate you. Thank you guys! Will definitely keep coming back. Rosa

  סה"כ שירות טוב. הנציגה שטיפלה בי מעט התקשתה עם ההזמנה שלי (הזמנה מוקדמת ולקוח מארץ זרה). הזמנו מבעוד מועד את הרכב במחיר טוב מהארץ. עיקר החיסרון שאת הרכב אוספים מחניון שנמצא 2 בלוקים משם, וכשיש מזוודות והיה יום גשום במיוחד, החוויה לא נעימה. בייחוד שלא מסבירים היטב איך מגיעים לחניון ומצאנו את עצמינו מסתובבים ספוגים מים כמה דקות טובות.

  Overall very positive experience. I can definitely recommend this place. No problems with pick.-up, booking, the car itself of the return. Only thing to add I would have wished they get the car from the parking house nearby and not just let it pick up ourself. --> Service

  Beyond awesome experience with these guys. This location is fantastic but I've pretty much had the same level of customer service at all of their branches throughout the world. I have to say they must have some top-notch customer service training. Almost every time I've rented a vehicle at one price point I get bumped up into one higher or more. But the guys at this location even went so far as to load my car for me with my luggage. They were prompt and helpful with questions and even when I needed to extend my reservation and change my drop off everything was done with such ease. The app also is great and you earn points very quickly to get to higher levels of rentals. The cars are always clean and high-end.
