  If only i could rate no stars this lady made us drive from our house all the way to Newburgh just to tell us 1. She cant wash hair because she dont like combing out the hair due to “her customers complaining” 2. She couldn’t even take off the box braids SHE HERSELF PUT IN like what? 3 she makes excuses after excuses we came in she said she had no power and said she wont be able to blowdry the hair, then when we said she could use a towel she said the water is cold ...are you serious?! Then asks me to go all the way home wash the hair and come back monday...WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I WONT BE COMING BACK NOT RECOMMENDED
