::I'm not sure about the other reviews but definitely not my experience. Initially everything was great customer service communication but I was dumb I believed them when they said write a list of things and we will fix. I bought the car a few days before xmas as a gift to myself they advised me mechanics on vacay until after holiday. I gave a list of 5 things and 1 was fixed a month later. I called everyday for 2 months and kept getting told will call back. Now car hasn't worked for a week and all they can say is call the dealership and when I called they tell me to bring it to them. Horrible experience and it is now May. Still not willing to fix the issues they promised to fix now I'm stuck. I will never refer anyone to them.

Now let me tell the sails guy Mike we felt with was so amazing.
