  Called to get information on bathroom countertop and the person that was supposedly helping me told me that it would be best to come in and ask the questions in person? She did not want to waste her time with me on the phone. I told her that I’d take my business else where. I got a no response, which is WHO CARES in my option.

  Winnie is THE BEST. She designed my new kitchen, and worked with me through the firing of one contractor and the hiring of the next. Sincere has a wide variety of quality products to fit EVERY budget. I am so impressed. Came here first in 2001 when remodeling my condo...when it was time for the kitchen remodel in my house, it was a no-brainer to go to Sincere.

  I'm seeing a lot of negative feedback here. I had a different experience. We bought over $10,000 of replacement quality Milgard windows for our home. I received excellent value compared to other quotes, and got exactly what I ordered. I didn't get tons of hand holding, but I had done my research and had the assistance of my contractor. I got a Panasonic bathroom fan, too. This is not a Home Depot, it is a place for contractors and builders who know what they want. OK, its specialty market is for Chinese Landlords who want something that looks OK and is cheap, but that doesn't mean you can't take advantage it, if you aren't a Chinese Landlord!

  good product and good pricing they could definitely work on the customer service but just a different culture of people mostly Chinese. I guess just with Americans we would say they have a hard personality sometimes going to come to customer service.
