  I have been taking my MacBook Pros to Simutek for 15+ years and have found their service to be friendly, extremely helpful, and fairly priced. I will always prefer a locally-owned shop to the frenzy and hit-or miss service quality provided by an Apple store. There simply is no comparison.

  Simutek has a staff that is knowledgeable and friendly, very willing to help. I've been with them a long time and have confidence in their advice and the information they provide. They really go above and beyond in a variety of ways. I also value the emails with Apple Tips and Tricks... one of the best help and visual aides I've seen. Their YouTube videos are great as well!

  Best. Most friendly. Fabulous deals. Knowledgeable staff who are on your side. Nothing like the zoo in La Encantada: Simutek is peaceful and quiet. I've been a satisfied customer for many years. Simutek has taken very good care of me. Go look for yourself

  I've had Apple computing products for a few decades now and wouldn't think of anything else. They very rarely need help and they last quite a long time, as electronics seldom do. But when I do need help or new equipment, Simutek is the place I go. Expert professional help, straight talk, and patient explanations that I can understand. As a matter of fact, though I'm not a heavy computer user, I've been seriously considering replacing my 9 year-old desktop iMac as I can no longer upgrade my current operating system. That's where I'm planning to go to purchase it. Hooray for Simutek!

  I started with Simutek before Macs had hard drives -- and have NEVER been disappointed with service or sales, even when Apple itself was having problems years ago. Any repairs I have had (usually my fault) have been quick and solid and much friendlier than in any Apple Store I have been in across the nation. Honesty, integrity, and solid knowledge of how to fix, repair and maximize my Macs' performance with every (but rare) visit. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
