  Went in to get my watch crown fixed and also for watch service and maintenance. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. My watch returned in excellent condition.

  The best compliment for a store is when the customer returns again multiple times. I had the pleasure of working with Meir a few years ago on a custom ring and since then I am hooked and wouldn't go anywhere else. Meir is courteous , professional , patient, honest and intuitive. Jewelry is an investment and you want to feel confident that you choose wisely.   Not only did I buy a beautiful piece of jewelery but the after service was even better They replaced a piece of jewelery that they were not even responsible for. I highly recommended this store they have beautiful quality jewelery and they stand behind there products .

  I was in the market for a high-end watch and a friend (Rolex watch collector) told me to give Simpson Jewelers a call before I made a purchase. His friend bought a watch there and said good things about them. I was a bit apprehensive as I am on the other side of the country and was a little worried about spending thousands through a phone call with a company I had never seen in person. But everyone I spoke with - especially Sendy, was very professional and replied to my calls and emails immediately. Spent a bit of time reading online reviews and I finally pulled the trigger. I ended up saving a lot of money going through with the transaction at Simpson Jewelers. Watch arrived from NY to CA about 24 hours later - wow! If I am in the market for another high-end watch these folks will be the first I reach out to. Can't say enough good things about the customer service.
