  My go to lunch spot for a healthy but hardy soup, salad, or Buddha bowl. It is more expensive compared to other speciality soup/salad spots (say $1-2), but it’s worth it.

  Great place for soup, salad and sandwiches. Healthy, vegetarian, and vegan options. One of my go to soup places as there are 6+ rotating choices daily which you can sample. It is hard to choose since they are all so good!

  Great focus on sustainable and local ingredients, developed through personal relationships with their suppliers that is rare in the industry today. Perfect stop for a quick bite and friendly service!

  SIMPLS is my go-to skyway soup and sandwich place. You can stop in and grab a sandwich and soup made with quality ingredients in less than 2 minutes. They have an amazing variety of 4-5 rotating soups that are not your standard chicken noodle or tomato so you can get something different every day.

  One of my favorite places downtown: fun baristas serving great coffee, soups, sandwiches and snacks. The best part might just be that they are all about what's healthy for you and the planet.
