  The service was okay...i asked to use the restroom and was told that there was not a public restroom. While I was checking out a guy walked in a begin talking to the manager on duty and said he knew the manager. He then asked to use the restroom and was escorted to where it was located. I felt like I was discriminated against. I am from out of town and would not refer anyone to this store. I visited the store while on vacation on 6/10/17

  I love the Simons a lot i have been there customer for 2 years. I like the products and whenever I go there i buy minimum 3 pairs of shoes. I took my friends there as well with me. Last time I came here it was completely disappointed because of the customer service. There is a guy his name is ODILIOUS (curly hair, African American) being disrespectful to customers, he does not listen to customers, he is throwing the boxes. He made his own mistake look like customer and the other employees mistake. We choose 3pairs of shoes to purchased but, he already put them back. Whatever, at the end we end up purchasing with one of them only to not dealing and wasting time with him. At the cashier the young lady ask where are the other shoes they choose. And he came and said to us "I do not care about what they are buying." For him, It was more important to win argument than customer care! anyway we end up buying only one pairs of shoes I like them but this is the last time I go that store to buy anything until they fix the situation over there!
