  This is the worst place I've been for breakfast. Frankly speaking. And guess what? The prices are ridiculous as well! I spent $20 for two tiny omelettes. That too ordered just the omelette and not the entire platter, but got charged for the entire platter. I spoke to the cashier who looks quite mean and uneducated, and she refused to even explain why she did that. Would recommend AGAINST going to this horrible place. You deserve better, trust me. I did too.

  The smell of fresh bagels and other good stuff being created here reminds me of bakery and childhood. The spreads are a novelty and so creative! Excellent service, very polite crew. Parking is adequate.

  I ordered grilled chicken salad like I always do......its always been great!! BUT..... I was charged $9.16 and got half the amount of lettuce.... when I called with concern the person on the other side told me lettuce is too expensive and I shouldn't order the salad WHAT?!!!? Why would you even consider letting a faithful customer walk out with a CRAPPY portion while being charged full price?!!! TERRIBLE BUSINESS SENSE!!!

  I WAS a loyal customer I understand that businesses has bad days but it wasn't until I placed an order for delivery at 9am (I live right down the hill by rite aid) I called back at 9:40am to see where my delivery was. The lady that answered the phone was super rude to me. Lied to me and said he's leaving right now. So I'm expecting my order within the next 5 mins 10:10am I get a knock on my door and I'm missing a muffin I ordered. I looked at the receipt and they didn't print my receipt until 9:46. So when I called back to let them know I'm not satisfied with the customer service I received today she started yelling at me saying she didn't charge me for the muffin. Then she hangs up on me. I start eating my food and my bagel is burnt! Even though I said over and over "lightly toasted" I ordered bacon,ham,eggs and cheese on both my bagels. I didn't receive ham on one AND I didn't receive HAM AND CHEESE ON THE OTHER. I'm currently on HOLD AS I WRITE THIS REVIEW. She has the phone down as she's taking orders from other customers. THIS PLACE WILL NOT GET MY BUSINESS EVER AGAIN!
