  If I could give them 0 stars I would. I bought a pair of diamond studs about 4 years ago and recently had them appraised and found out that the diamonds in each earring was worth about 25$ per earring and the white gold setting was worth around 10$ per earring. I paid 350$. You do the math.

  We went to Simayof to have my wife's engagement and wedding rings resized. A month later, we received the rings and the work was of very poor quality. There were obvious defects visible to the naked eye, and the sizing was wrong. Zack then told us that he would have the rings back to us in a few days after resizing again and fixing the problems. That was more than a month ago. Zack has utterly failed to communicate with us to let us know what is causing all of this delay, including not returning several phone calls and emails. Zack did send two brief emails stating that he would send the rings to us on a particular day, but those two days have come and gone without any explanation for why we still do not have the rings. Service is an important component when you make an important purchase like engagement and wedding rings, and I would never purchase anything from Simayof again.

  I am so appreciative for the customized help that I received from Sarit Namer at Simayof. I had a ring on consignment and I was able to request the amount I wanted and leave it safely on consignment until then. There was a little confusion initially, but Ms. Sarit saved the day. I have been paid in full for my jewelry and the consignment worked beautifully.

  I can't thank Sarit and Zak enough! Not only did they make me the most gorgeous, custom engagement ring ever, but they gave me the best advice along the way. They were so giving with their time and with their ideas that I really could not imagine a better experience, or a better end product… they've definitely made me into a repeat customer.
