  The staff is cool, patient ( I didn’t know what the hell I was doing) $5 gas refill fee. Definitely doing this again

  Нет вывески, где они находятся. Поддержка не отвечает на e-mail. За штрафы берут 60%!!!комиссии за их обработку. Опыт скорее негативный, чем положительный.

  Dropped off car in the middle of snowstorm. I was essentially told to hurry and drop off car or I would be charged. As cars are spinning out on the BQE. Do not rent these cars in the winter in the NYC. Insult to injury. The windshield wipers did not work.

  I had a great experience with Silvercar. First experience was with online customer service multiple times and interactions were perfect. There was a short delay when picking up the car but it was understandable. The car was beautiful - the new Audi A4. We went on a weekend road trip to Washington DC and it was a very comfortable drive and didn't feel exhausted in any of the days. Engine power is plenty, has Apple CarPlay and Bluetooth, and navigation. The car navigation was perfect and more reliable than Google Maps, and it's connected to the internet so includes traffic updates like traffic and blocked roads. Drop off took 20 seconds at most. Very highly recommended car rental for a great price and excellent service.

  Great company. Pickup only took five mins, even though it was the first time I had used it. Cars are taken very good care of and all are Audi A4s. Easy to find with the address, description and sign.
