  就是一個地點方便的飯店，走路就可以抵達附近的購物中心。房間很乾淨，也很安靜。每日豐富的早餐是他的特色，手做的鬆餅可依個人的喜好調整口味。全天候免費的咖啡也10分的貼心。服務人員都在水準以上，是華盛頓大學附近飯店的很好選擇。

  Awesome the staff was always friendly and very helpful our stay there was peaceful and relaxing we will be heading back to seattle soon and we look forward to stay there again oh they always remembered our names to me that showed they cared about us. We were there due to a medical emergency and they made it as easy and comfortable for us during that stressful time two thumbs up

  I went online to Silver Cloud’s website to book a room for 3 nights. Before doing so, I decided to call because when I have been there on a few other occasions, it has been really loud and crowded due to visiting sports teams, etc. I asked for a specific location in the hotel and was told by Alfred that if I wanted to book through him, and not online, it would be $800+ for 3 nights, whereas it was only $400+ for the same three nights, same sized room, online. I actually told him the location of the room I was asking about and he said that if I paid the $800+, I would be guaranteed that room, but if I paid the $400+, it was a “maybe.” That seemed excessive so I asked to speak to the manager. She was very nice and couldn’t even find the $800+ room and then it turned out that the room wasn’t even available because someone is currently in it and would still be there when I arrived tomorrow. Wow. I wasted 20 minutes on a room that wasn’t even available. My sister had stayed in that same room, which is why I had been able to describe it and I had told Alfred exactly where the room was located at the very beginning of the call. This hotel is in a great location for me, but I am appalled that they would try to charge me $800+ for a room that wasn’t even available.

  Overall the hotel has nice accommodations and very friendly staff. The only complaint I would have are that the pillows are too heavily stuffed for my preference and there is more noise from the hall than in other places I have stayed. It is very well located near the UW village and has a shuttle that will take you to any nearby destination that you like.

  Great place to stay for business. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Good free breakfast and nice bar with food in the hotel.
