  A very nice hotel with a very nice restaurant and a very accommodating staff the rooms were very clean and both the heater in the air conditioner work nicely there were extra pillows waiting for us and the rooms have microwaves and refrigerators. They were working on the jacuzzi and fitness room for a couple days but it was working fine after that the beds are a little bit hard for my liking but a lot of people prefer a harder bed lots of nice restaurants in the area it's right across the street from Seattle University

  Stayed here the night prior to a pretty major leg surgery so we needed a handicap accessible room for my wheelchair. First time I've ever paid any attention to that kind of thing. The room and staff were great. Staff seemed to actually care that our room met our needs. The room was really great for it's wheelchair friendliness. Price was fair for downtown Seattle. Parking according to my wife was just fine.

  I came here with the Swedish Hospital discount so I am sure I was given the crappiest room in the house. But I was actually rather surprised at the level of service and the overall experience for what I had paid. I would come back again. Jimmy’s food is the perfect room service and really made the stay nice, add to that a small fridge for any leftovers. Easy parking is available in the underground floors very nice and convenient. Update, came back again better room , great service as always. A bit tricky when check in parking is full. If you have to you can park below and come up elevator to check in during times the off road parking is full.

  Great 4 star hotel. We booked it through Priceline and got a really good deal. There’s underground parking for $35/ night and it’s convenient. Hotel also provide shuttle every 30 min to Pike Place which is nice to not have to drive around.

  I'm becoming a fan of Silver Cloud! This location is perfect if you're visiting Capitol Hill. Located next to Seattle University on Broadway, near the main shopping areas, a grocery store and Swedish Hospital - you couldn't be more centrally located to get anywhere in Seattle. The rooms here are large - our double queen rooms would have easily accommodated a crib or rollaway with room to walk. A bar with a sink, mini fridge and microwave is perfect for quick food, snacks, etc. Super clean and the staff is terrific. I had a wonderful man check me in who made me feel right at home - sorry I don't know his name. There's a parking garage with easy access as well - which is key on Cap Hill if you have a car.
