  It’s hard to find someone to do a good job on my hair - specially my bangs. Erica was quick and there was no waiting time. I was in and out in 30min with no complaints.

  This salon is very accommodating and Erica is a really nice person. She takes care of her customer really well and I love going to her as well.

  Erica is the best!! I got blonde balayage and it was gorgeous. She could tell I was super nervous and was so calming and made it look so natural!! Going back for sure!!

  I went in for a cut and highlights. While the price was great, you get what you pay for. Erica started out pleasant enough but took a weird turn. She is sure to let you know she is a lesbian within the first 2 minutes and how the world is against her. I have plenty of lesbian friends and a sister too but have never encountered this. She also told me if all the clients that were one time clients because she refused to see them again because if their views. She complained about her brothers girlfriend stating she was racist for quite a bit. It was all good until she went into politics and I said I wasn't sure how I felt on a particular view she had. Then the haircut went wrong. She told me she could not match both sides of hair the same. I told her that I was growing some of my bangs out and she proceeded to cut it after I said I didn't want it cut because she said "it needed it". She had told me when I walked in she would give me the name of an oil for frizz at the beginning of appointment but didn't. When I called and left a message immediately after the service, there was no return call. The cut and color so-so, the customer service terrible. She does not care about repeat customers. No wonder she is so cheap. You get what you pay for.
