::Interesting place to try a different cuisine. Similar to Russian food with a lot of dishes cooked by boiling but with good spices flavor. Also includes a small market area with Russian and Eastern European drinks and packaged foods.

::Authentic, fresh Uzbek food at very fair price. I’ve ordered lamb kabob and a tasty desert.

::Great food and the staff is super friendly. They even have a small selection of groceries! If you're eating here during the week come early. They get busy. They have some small tables to sit on so you don't have to have your food to go.

::Needed a quick place to eat before leaving Honolulu. Silk Road Café had great reviews so we went. Not disappointed! I loved every bite from the stuffed grape leaf, rice, and carrot salad, each bite was a delight. Desert was citrus honey cake. I wish I lived close because I would be a regular patron. Delicious.

::Very flavorful food with unique flavors. The carrot salad is excellent - it’s just seasoned shredded carrots, but so good. If you are into sampling random things from ethnic food stores, they have a shelf of groceries from the Silk Road countries to try.
