::Okay Hotel regarding the price. Our rooms were smelling like cheap cleaner, though, and the carpet looked like it’s been there before I was born, I couldn’t imagine something more dirty. The staff was sorta friendly but they never sent the invoice they promised to send and didn’t reply to any of our emails.

::Room was nice enough though small. Bathroom nice and clean, bed clean but main space dingy. Room furniture tops/surfaces could use wiping down. Floor was not clean, a few long hairs (not mine) on the floor. Rug at foot of bed was nice but also dingy. Not sure why there's a pool pic, there's no pool. I'd say this place deserves a 4 if the cleaning were in order.

::Came to visit Cal. Great location for purpose. Safe, secure place, gated parking. Super small spots, and not many. Windows Could do with some better blinds or curtains to cut out the light and some sound. Inside rooms were clean and comfortable. We checked in late, about midnight, and service definitely was late night service. I would stay again for a night or two but not longer. All as expected.

::Great little budget motel in a terrific neighborhood. 7-eleven being right there was excellent. When you get to the front gate there's a code you need to enter to get in and I wasn't provided this when booking. Called the number and they let me in then gave me a gate code. The room doors are also key codes. The rooms look like the photos however my room didn't have a sofa. The photos imply there's a gym and a pool but this is untrue. Not mad about it though. Clean organized. Cute fridge and good lighting. Room has a iron and board plus a hair dryer - both came in handy on my trip. Bed was firmer memory foam mattress which I appreciate. Others might not though. TV was dish network cable which kinda sucked but not enough to minus a star. Overall I'm happy with my choice.

::The rooms were recently renovated and very clean. Excellent room and location for the price. However, there was a lack of amenities like a microwave, and the check in process was a bit complicated since there was a gate.
