  This place is horrible and very unprofessional. I went in with two pieces of clothes for same day pick up. Somewhere between 9am and 1pm they misplace them made me late for my catering event the guy that helped me thought it was a joke. I WOULD NEVER RETURN HERE N WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO. Im new to san Antonio n very disgusted with the way business is handled here.

  I used to go there because it is so close to my work. I have had to have pants and tops redone because they come back so wrinkled. I tried calling San Pedro cleaners and phone is transferred to SE Military Drive location. I drove over to San Pedro location to talk to manager and showed get wrinkled pants. She said no problem we will redo. Picked up them two days later and, my pants were no better. I asked for light starch and crease. Got neither I'm not sure if their equipment but working properly or employees don't care about doing things right. Nevertheless. I'm not going there again. Waste of time and money. San Pedro location is filthy dirty, old stained furniture in lobby, just old and dirty. I gave only one star because employees on Military Drive location very friendly and courteous. If not for that they'd get ZERO stars. Giving Snow White Cleaners my dry cleaning business. Reasonable prices, quality job and great service. It's out of my way but it's ok. I'd rather pay for things done right.

  I have been coming here for the past 3 years i love it great prices and have never had a problem at all.

  Completely disappointed in this place! Absolutely ruined an expensive jacket, and claimed it was burnt and ruined when I brought it in! Obviously don't want to take any responsibility, they avoided me, never called back even when I gave them weeks to fix the problem. Do your self a huge favor and take pictures of your belongings, or avoid this place!!!!!
