  The staff and owner are friendly and the customer service was great. Everything was done quickly and the prices were affordable. I'm new to the area and this will be my go to shop.

  Was quoted 2 days and a good price to fix my vehicle so I went with Gerbert to get this done. 3rd day rolled around and I had to call THEM to see what was going on. Was told it would be 4 more days. Had to call them back after the 4 days and was told it would be 2 more days! Now, I was told it would have been done by today (12 days later), but obviously it's not finished. I've already paid half. Was told if I didn't like it then I should take it elsewhere (after paying for a tow there as well) and have not felt respected at all. Didn't even get a call back from him to say it wouldn't be done today so it will be Monday before anything else will be done. 14 DAYS LATER!!!
