  Wish i could give them zero star!!!! There's a lady by the name Melinda, she's very unprofessional I would not recommend this company even if they were FREE. Melinda, is super bad for that company and she needs to get fired, she rude and doesn't take up ownership for her wrong doing. It was a nightmare for the start, Melinda had to call me with a confirmed time, she did not, and wanted to have an attitude with when and I am telling about her lack of communication, part of our conversation she said to me" if you don't stop shutting, you are going to have to drive your car down to Texas". Like she was forgetting that Sigma, isn't the only shipping company. The truck driver had to apologize on her behalf, she wasn't woman enough to do it herself. In addition, she had to call me and tell me my car would be a day late, of course she did not call, I had to call and find out when I would get my car. When I received my car there was all spill all over the hood of the car, I'm assuming there was another car over my car which had/has leek and that car oil leaked unto mines. There's more to my experience, but for the most part I'll advised STAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY AND MELINDA!!!!!

  If they had no stars I would give that instead. THEY SUCK!! They are not reliable they will have you waiting for 2 hours.They lie and say 10 to 15 mins when you call back after 20 mins it’s another 10 minutes I will never use this car service they should be out of business.

  Worst experience ever! Ferdinand the dispatcher was so rude. He didn't care that my grandpa missed his scheduled appointment. They forgot to pick up my grandpa then made him wait 3 hours on the return trip. If you have options , go with another ambulette service.

  Disgusting Service. Dispatch was rude and uncaring. I will never use this transportation company again. I will be late for my appointment. No compassion, no empathy for my sick mother. This company should be put out of business. Do not waste your time or money with these ppl.

  Unprofessional & Rude- Not To Mention How Horribly The Service Is [Smh]. Two Plus Hours Late Picking Up My Client [Extremely Rude Employees/Owner]. Needs To Be Closed IMMEDIATELY- I Really Want To Put Zero Star :(
