  I bought a lemon log cake from Mrs. Siegelman which came frozen.. when defrosted the cake tasted horrible and old. When I called to exchange she had a nasty attitude and didn't stand behind her product. I've gotten cake from them in the past (has always been delicious and fresh) but the quality of their product has gone down the drain. I'd suggest if your thinking about Seigelmans for your next event, think again.. unless your willing to spend a premium on old frozen cake.
