  This place isn't that bad to live its quiet some staff members that works here is polite yes I did experienced bed bugs here it was disgusting I told the front desk wat they were going to do about the situation they told me they can't get rid of the mattress because it was only a few bed bugs they found I had second thoughts till they called pest control and now pest control comes to my room every Thursday I feel a little more at eased

  The area is decent. Thats if you can deal with drug dealers and tweezers outside at all hours of the day. LOCK YOUR DOOR. STAY TO YOURSELF. My next door neighbor knocked on my door constantly asking for cigarettes. Nuisance

  I love the price the room and they staff other than some questionable people renting rooms around us lol it's great and I must say since they have been getting rid of the problem people

  Drug infested, prostitutes along with pimps. If you like loud ghetto ratchet people then you'd love it here. This is a weekly, so there's no lease. Free cable, used to have free power, not sure about now. Roaches, bed bugs straight nasty! Police might as well, move in there being they're always there. They charge too much, bad area, they don't clean it good enough, before next tenant moves in

  My husband and I absolutely LOVE the staff here. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We are renting a corner-unit studio, which is pretty spacious. I am disabled, and we have my service animal with us. We intend to live here for a while. We love the cable channels, and we are close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Most of our neighbors are very nice. Our apartment, and the grounds are pretty clean...and no bugs! I rated the complex only a 3 because some of the units we've seen were much less than clean, and the water has been turned off several times, which is very inconvenient. My advice? Make sure you inspect everything about your room before you rent it. My opinion? It is very quiet, and much safer than the weekly rentals next door. The security guard here, Ron, is a very nice man, and he does not put up with any "bad apples". It is an older complex, but management has taken very good care of it...and, with a little tlc, our apartment has become our home. The assistant manager, Steve, is one of the nicest people I have ever met! He goes out of his way to make sure we have everything we need. Jerry at the desk..he is so polite and helpful! Fran, the manager, is a great lady..always very on top of things! Robin, at the desk, she's the one who sold us our room.. she's very friendly and always has a smile! Cindy..she's a very nice lady at the desk. The repair guys are nice, quick, and efficient! I hope I remembered to mention everyone!
