::No pizza Tuesdays, no bagel Thursdays, no bs lug alarms, and plenty of squat racks! . .. a no nonsense strength and fitness facility. A place where not having a "6 pack" is welcome, as long as you put in the work no one cares ! I highly recommend this gym to anyone from novice to Pro. Parents with little league or school baseball player children, will be impressed Sieges baseball workshop programs for all ages and stages of play ! Go in, ask for Noah, and see what he can do for your fitness goals.

::Siege Athletics is by far the best gym I’ve been to. I’ve been a member of many other mainstream gyms and none compare to the atmosphere and personal training offered at Siege. If you want real results siege should be at the top of your list. I recently started training with Noah (the owner of siege athletics) who’s been training people for the last 20 years. His knowledge of strength/conditioning is unparalleled which has helped me build a solid foundation for safe and effective training. If you want a no BS gym with equipment ranging from TRX, sleds, tires and any other machines you can think of, siege is the place you want to be.

::I've been training for 15 years and this by far, is the single best gym I ever have been to. Came home for the holidays and Noah(the owner) allowed me to purchase a week long guest pass at very reasonable rate. This gym has EVERYTHING! And I mean EVERYTHING an advanced lifter needs. I was extremely impressed! The staff is friendly too so those of you that are new to gyms or the fitness world will feel at home as well! Noah, amazing job setting this place up! 👍🏼 I even love the graphics on the walls! I can't stop talking about this gym!
