  Literally a few weeks after I buried my mother at this place they sent HER a certified letter about my grandparents grave demanding that she replace the shrub in front of it. Not only was it horrible that they seemingly had NO IDEA that they had just taken thousands just to open the mausoleum where my father is to put her coffin in the crypt but after I severely trimmed the shrub they still threatened me. I went back and hacked it down so severely it looks horrible and only after threatening the owner with a lawsuit did they back off. Almost my entire family is here from my great grandmother who survived a concentration camp to my grandparents, aunts and uncles and of course parents- all Holocaust survivors. Why can’t they get Jewish people with some knowledge of Jewish custom and law to run this place. The rabbi who buried my mother said that Cedar Park has become the WORST CEMETERY he has to deal with. It is beautiful but the people are heinous!!

  Im my father in laws spot was berried another person. We lost a huge member of our family !! He wanted to be berried next to his wife, but we could not because someone was berried there . We bought spots years ago. We had two spots next to each other. Cemetery management said to bad clerical error. They admitted mistake !!! The were so mean never apologized they just did not care care!! Family suffered huge distress by this cemetery management and abuse and huge damages . And 150 people saw and Hurd how horrible management spoke to family. !! Family could not honor his fathers wishes. Sadly and Three hours to get berried Far away from his wife!!

  Graves are overgrown. Took an hour to find and I was right next to it. Respect the dead they paid not to be covered up by overgrowth. Staff is very nice.

  We buried my father on 2/16/16. Although we had already purchased the plot, they charged us over 2500.00 for the interment. When we arrived at the cemetery, the clerk was very unfriendly and did not seem very forthcoming with the correct information. As a result, the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing. Supposedly there were missing documents, but that was the cemetery's responsibility, not ours. As a result, we waited almost an hour to be taken to my father's grave. At that point it began to rain cats and dogs. All in all it was a very bad experience.
